 |
¡ñ On the basis of conformity
with the anatomy of human bodies, the stem of cylindrical
type is chosen. During the operation, it is easy to position
it along the correct axis, as a result varus or valgus
deformity is avoided.
¡ñ The distal end of the stem
is designed in the shape of a polished bullet-head, as
a result the distal end fixation is avoided and the stress
shielding is decreased.
¡ñ The stem is made from precision-forged
Ti alloy, corrosion- resistant with the coefficient of
elasticity closed to that of cortical bone.
¡ñ The surface of the stem
is first treated with porous one and then is coated with
HA. The adhesion strength between the stem and bone is
raised and this is favorable to the bone ingrowth and
the stem stabilization in early and long terms.
¡ñ Two models are supplied,
with or without collar, each with 6 specifications.
