¡ñ It is cemented acetabular
cup, made from imported UHMW-PE, so as to decrease the
debris of UHMW-PE and the loosening of the prosthesis.
¡ñ The anti-dislocation device
is designed on the edge of the cup. The open grooved ring
is designed on the lower surface, with anti-rotation vertical
guide groove for cement flow. This design provides a flow
space for the cement while a clearance of 2 mm in depth
is provided between the cup and the bone for the cement
mantle. All these will guarantee the better fixation of
the cup.
¡ñ The imported
package can guarantee the sealing-up of the prosthesis
effectively and safe and sound. It is packed in a vacuum
pouch, so to prevent the oxidation of the cup during the
¦Ã ray sterilization.

¡ñ The advantage of the design
*On
the surface of the metal cup, spiky devices are available.
This makes the cup self-locking and it is difficult to
pull it out. This design makes the prosthesis have more
initial stability.
*The
metal cup is made from forged bars of Ti alloy. The surface
is first sandblasted by carborundum and then is coated
with HA, with a thickness of 80 ¡« 100 ¦Ìm. This increases
its biocompatibility and is favorable to the in-growth
of the bone.
*The
anti-dislocation insert is made from the imported UHMW-PE.
This reduces the wear debris of the UHMW-PE and decreases
the loosening of the prosthesis.
*The
metal cup is self-locked with the insert by taper, which
is a reliable device.
*On
the surface of the metal cup, 3 holes are available for
the additional fixation by screws.
Fine Packages
*All
the packages are imported, which makes the sealing effective,
safe and sound.
*The
vacuum pouch for the insert decreases the oxidation of
the UHMW-PE during the ¦Ã ray sterilization.
