The head is made from imported forged bar.
¡ñ The surface of the head
is polished to mirror surface, to decrease the wear of
the cup insert.

hole is designed in internationally accepted standard
of 5¡ã43¡ä30¡å. It is a self-locking device. It is firmly
fixed with the stem prosthesis, to prevent it from slipping
out.

Produced from imported forged bars of Co-Cr-Mo alloy
¡ñ The surface of the head
is polished to mirror-finishing, so as to decrease the
wear of the acetabular inserts.
¡ñ
At the bottom of the neck, a narrow grooved ring is designed,
decreasing the obstruction between the neck and the cup
edge, so as to increase the motion of the hip joint and
decrease the occurrence of the dislocation.
¡ñ
The taper of the inner hole is designed in internationally
accepted standard of 5¡ã43¡ä30¡å. It is a self-locking device.
It is closely meshed with the taper of the femoral stem
head, preventing it from slipping out.
¡ñ
All sizes of head diameter are available, a large choice
for the surgeon.

¡ñ The opening of the
insert of the bipolar head is designed with ultra radius
(more than half a sphere in shape). The insert made from
UHMW-PE is pressed in with a special designed instrument
through plastic deformation. In this way it is very difficult
for the bipolar head to be slipped out from the insert.
¡ñ The insert is designed
as a monolithic part, so to decrease the wear of the UHMW-PE
to the furthest.
The outer cup of the bipolar head is fine polished and
the concave surface of the insert is treated smoothly.
(The two interfaces can be rotated, so to increase the
degree of the motion.)
¡ñ
It is packed in a vacuum pouch and is only supplied sterilized.
